Who we are
Our mission is to transform the lives of youth in underserved communities here and abroad by providing them with educational resources and support that help them live fulfilling, purposeful, and meaningful lives.
We Care 4 U Inc. has been established to provide youth with essential hygiene products, school supplies, educational support, mentoring, and counseling services. We want to help build self-esteem and confidence in youth who may need an additional support system. We currently sponsor a few youths' education by helping with tuition and educational necessities. We also partner with other nonprofit organizations to provide basic necessities to youth in Kumasi, Ghana. This is an ongoing endeavor, and we look forward to our continued partnership in reaching youth around the globe.
Meet Our Team
Taylor Perkins
Taylor Perkins is the secretary of We Care 4U Inc. I am a driven and ambitious professional with a passion for storytelling, visual communication, and community impact. With over five years of experience across film, television, and marketing, I bring a creative and strategic approach to shaping stories for global audiences, currently working within Global Creative Advertising at Sony Pictures Entertainment. Beyond my career, I am deeply committed to working in the nonprofit sector and supporting communities across the African diaspora by helping provide resources that foster growth, connection, and empowerment. I believe no one should have to worry about access to education, food, clean water, or shelter, and I strive to be an anchor for my community in both purpose and action. My long-term goal is to grow as a writer-director and use film as a tool for advocacy, representation, and lasting social change.
Kijan Simmons
Kijan Simmons is the Co-Founder and CEO of We Care 4 U Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping underprivileged youth thrive, flourish, and unlock their full potential. With a deep commitment to service, mentorship, and community empowerment, Kijan leads initiatives that provide guidance, resources, and opportunities to young people who need it most.
Through education, leadership development, creative expression, and financial literacy, We Care 4 U Inc. is focused on breaking cycles of limitation and replacing them with pathways to purpose, confidence, and long-term success. Kijan’s mission is simple yet powerful: to meet youth where they are, believe in who they can become, and equip them with the tools to flourish in life.
Deborah Donaldson Simmons
Deborah Donaldson Simmons is the co-founder and Chief Financial Officer, of We Care 4 U Inc., I have 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry as a registered nurse and have held several leadership roles throughout my career. My compassion for people’s well-being extends beyond patient care. I believe that everyone from all communities should have access to basic needs and quality education. Our organization is dedicated to bridging the gap in underserved communities here and abroad. Our organization is dedicated to providing mentoring, resources for education, and support services for those who need it most. We want every young person to be successful and be empowered on their individual paths for a more enriched future.
